Your child’s next birthday party will be a fun-filled experience when you skate for the bronze, silver or gold at family-friendly World Ice Arena.

We have three Olympics-worthy packages that are sure to please even the most discerning partygoer! Each one includes a party host who will help you with everything during your special day.

Once the form is completed and submitted, a Party Host will get in touch with you to schedule your event.

Party Policies

• A party host will assist you on your event day.
• We do not allow outside food or beverages.
• Please let us know the exact number of guests you’re expecting and prepare your guest list with care. Payment is based upon the number of guests indicated in your contract.
• World Ice Arena is not responsible for the number of guests who attend. Full payment will be processed even if fewer than the expected number of guests arrive.
• Don’t forget to bring a birthday cake (or your favorite dessert) and candles for the celebration
• If more guests than expected are in attendance, payment for those guests will be processed on the event day.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 must be made to confirm your booking.
• Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits or transfers in the event of party cancellation. No exceptions
• Balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the event. A 3% fee will be charged for all payments made using a credit, debit card, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. We don’t accept $100 bills or personal checks.
• The number of guests is determined by wristband count. All wristbands, including all lost or unreturned bands, must be paid for. Unused wristbands to be returned to the party host in order to avoid incorrect charges being assessed at the conclusion of your party. No replacements permitted for lost or stolen wristbands.
• In the event of an injury, emergency or any other unexpected occurrences, all open tabs including food orders, party packages and wristbands must be paid for in full on event day.
• Party room must be vacated at designated time and will not be extended due to lateness. $50 penalty payable for the first 15-minute increment beyond booked time. For each additional 15-minute increment, add $100.
• Lessons will not be extended due to lateness. Full price will be charged.
• All skaters must complete and submit an electronic waiver 24 hours prior to the event date.(We’ll give you a link to send to your guests. The link is also available here:
• A parent or guardian for all skaters under the age of 18 must be present in the facility at all times. World Ice Arena is not responsible for childcare in their absence.

Q: How far ahead should we book our party?

A: Space is limited and parties book quickly, especially in season. Please book no later than two weeks prior to your event date. $50 processing fee payable for parties booked less than two weeks prior to event date.

Q: When is payment due?

A: Full payment is due no later than 72 hours prior to your party date. If payment cannot be processed, the party may be cancelled at the rink’s discretion.

Q: What about additional food for my guests or their parents?

A: Absolutely! Contact the World Ice Arena Cafe for anything else you might want to offer your guests. Email Summitofthesea@gmail.com for all their options. NOTE: Additional cafe food orders must be placed 72 hours in advance.

Q. What should my guests do when they arrive?

A. They’ll check in at the front desk with your party host, who will help you and your guests throughout your special day.

Q. What’s the booking process?

A. Complete this reservation request form, and our party host will reach out to confirm details. A contract will be prepared and emailed, along with an invoice and a link to the World Ice Arena electronic waiver, which is needed for all skaters before they arrive at the rink. No one is permitted on the ice unless World Ice Arena has a valid waiver on file for them. A waiver is not needed for non-skaters.

You’ll sign the electronic contract and pay the $100 non-refundable deposit. You’ll send the waiver link to your guests and ensure that they complete and submit the waiver prior to the event day. All waivers are due 24 hours prior to your event. If you have any questions beforehand, email parties@worldice.com.

Q: Can we decorate the party space?

A: Party hosts may bring any decorations to enhance the party experience. No silly strings, glitter, or confetti, please. If management considers the clean-up to be excessive, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Q: After the party is over, can our guests remain in the party spaces?

A: Due to time constraints and multiple uses of the spaces, guests are not permitted to remain in the party space after a party has ended.

Q: What if fewer guests than are expected attend the party?

A: World Ice Arena is not responsible for the number of guests who attend.

Q: Can I bring food and beverages?

A: Party food and beverages for each child is included in every party package. However, you must supply your birthday cake or other desired desserts. Alcohol of any type is not permitted. If the presence of alcohol is detected, the party will immediately be halted, and all guests will be asked to leave the premises.

Q: What should we bring with us?

A: Any desired dessert items. Paper goods, tablecloths, and utensils are supplied for Gold parties only. (Bronze and Silver parties must bring their own.) Decorations, cake knife, candles, lighter, and party favors if desired (please take note of things not allowed).
